In 1992, after Li Yinhe and I co-operated to finish the analysis of chinese male homosexuality, we publicated a book of monograph and wrote some articles. Hereafter, we still kept touch with the friends whom we knew from the analysis activities. Besides that, we got many readers' letters. In recent years, I throughout pay attention to this social problem although i didn't make further analysis.

From 1992 to now, there is a growing number of people to pay attention to the homosexual problem. On the one hand, there are more research appeared. On the other hand, some people come out to being a social worker of the homosexual. I think it is a fairly good thing. Of course it is better to lay a stress on homosexual problem earlier before the AIDS came out. Within my knowledge, things that people think highly to the homosexual problem because of AIDS makes them angry. Our research is driven by interests of sociology. Form this angle, comparatively, objectives can accept easier.

中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法

第二条:

中国政府依法保护外国合营企业应得的权益及其它法律上的权力和利益, 依照协议,合同及条款经中国政府核准认可.

合营企业的所有一切活动都应严格遵守中华人民共和国的相关法律规定和条例.

国家不应将任何合营企业实行国有化和征收. 在特殊的情况下, 需要公共利益时,合营企业可能在一系列的合法程序及适当的补尝下实行征收.

第四条:

合营企业的行式为有限责任公司.

总的来说,外国合营企业的投资比例在合营企业里不应少于它的注册资本的百分之二十五.

企业双方应当根据各自注册资本比例分享利润及承担风险和损失.

任何一个合营企业想要转让它的注册资本,必需征得另一方同意.

This does is the modern biological control. One hundred years ago, this science was found indirectly in America. There were some insects made trouble to farmers at that time, then someone try to find their natural enemies to hit back. This activity sometimes gets on slowly, even making no progresses. However, sometimes one famous achievement drives it going ahead quickly. This science had its deadline also. In the 1940s, people who specilized in insectology application found distinct function of new pesticide. It turned out that they were indifferently to look on the insectology because it made them dizzy, and they went on the "old way on chemcial control". Whereas the goal of world without insects was hopeless. Now obviously, it is more serious for ourselves than the controled objects by using lots of chemcial pesticide inappropriately. Therewith, biological control come out again with new thought in it.

真理

Truth

Since ancient times,

wisemen was seeking trace of truth that was flood.

They had been explaining the formers' ancient discussion for a long time.

They thought:"the naked truth was hidden secrectly under the deep well."

They safely drank a cup of pure water and said:"I'll find the truth out!"

All of a sudden, however, someone benefit the world,

he saw the uneasy stupidity frome them,

as a result, cry and pure water made him bored.

So, getting rid of our suspicion,

he was the first man to think of mellow wine.

He drank, drank, empited the cup of wine,

here comes the truth from the bottom of cup.
